ABOUT THe SUMMER PROGRAM AT NOFO WELLNESS IN CUTCHOGUE

Rooted entirely in performance psychology, the Immersive Program is offered in 4-week and 8-week blocks, all in person within a group setting.

Each week includes a topic, discussion, sensory + group activities, and embodiment of the future self we are working towards.

The program starts with clarity around values and core drivers, where we then look at deep-seated motivation and the vision of an ideal future self.

We work through energy + stress management and nervous system control, because when the body is overwhelmed, confidence and decision-making collapse.

From there, we train attention and focus in a distracted world, upgrade the inner voice with cue words and scripts for awkwardness, rejection, and conflict, and build resilience through rapid recovery and re-entry so setbacks don’t turn into spirals.

Each week blends science-backed tools with engaging sensory experiences—movement, breath, voice, music, and visual anchors—so learning sticks and shows up in real moments.

8 total sessions over 4 weeks (2 sessions per week), each a 90-minute in-person group training. Location: NoFo Wellness, Cutchogue

Open to ages 14–25, boys and girls. Every participant receives a Performance Journal with a Freedom Calendar to build daily mental habits, plus a high-performance sleep mask to support recovery and sleep.

Each week includes two applied performance lessons, sensory training, and group drills that strengthen focus, confidence, and resilience under pressure.

LESSON 01. + 02.

Values, Personal Code, Attention, Identifying Limiting Beliefs, Reprogramming.

Define your Personal Code to align neurobiological rewards with your core values, then identify and deconstruct the limiting neural pathways that stall your progress.

By reprogramming your internal narrative, you shift your Attention toward a reality defined by potential rather than past constraints.

WEEK 03. + 04.

Mental State Mastery, Stress Management. Attention, Focus, Concentration, Motivation.

Master your autonomic nervous system to switch instantly between high-intensity focus and tactical recovery for sustainable Stress Management.

This phase optimizes your neuro-chemistry to sustain concentration and motivation, ensuring you remain effective in high-pressure environments.

WEEK 05. + 06.

Confidence, Self Talk, Visualization. Future Self Embodiment.

Utilize functional equivalence through advanced visualization to prime your brain for success before you even step onto the field.

By refining your self-talk and practicing future self embodiment, you build an unshakable core of confidence rooted in a pre-lived experience of victory.

Leadership, Growth Mindset, Planning, Goals.

Transition from individual mastery to Leadership by adopting a Growth Mindset that treats every challenge as a data point for expansion.

Master the science of planning and goal setting to translate your mental edge into a concrete, executable roadmap for long-term dominance.

LIVE performance labs

We don't "sit and listen." These are 90-minute immersive sessions where theory meets live execution. You are on your feet, your heart rate is up, and you are practicing the mental mechanics of the elite in a live-fire, fun, and engaging environment.

We use high-fidelity sensory training to replicate the exact environments where you feel the most pressure.
