ABOUT THE IMMERSIVE PROGRAM
Rooted entirely in performance psychology, the Immersive Program is offered in 4-week and 8-week blocks, all in person within a group setting.
Each week includes a topic, discussion, sensory + group activities and embodiment of the future self we are working towards.
The program starts with clarity around values and core drivers where we then look at deep-seated motivation and the vision of an ideal future self.
We work through energy + stress management and nervous system control, because when the body is overwhelmed, confidence and decision-making collapse.
From there, we train attention and focus in a distracted world, upgrade the inner voice with cue words and scripts for awkwardness, rejection, and conflict, and build resilience through rapid recovery and re-entry so setbacks don’t turn into spirals.
Each week blends science-backed tools with engaging sensory experiences—movement, breath, voice, music, and visual anchors—so learning sticks and shows up in real moments.

WHAT’S INCLUDED in the program
Each participant receives their own Performance Journal that will be used throughout the program. In the journal is a Freedom Calendar that helps build daily micro-habits, and each girl receives a high-performance sleep mask to support sleep optimization.
