MY GOAL IS TO MAKE YOUNG people FEARLESS AND FORMIDABLE.

I teach young women and men the mental skills most people spend years learning the hard way—now.

For the last 20 years, I’ve been obsessed with one question: what actually helps you perform at your highest level when the pressure is real?

I’ve built my career in high-intensity environments, lived and traveled across the world, and lead global brand and performance programming in luxury hospitality, where excellence is the baseline. I compete in triathlons because I believe the body is an honest teacher: it exposes your patterns, your excuses, and your strength, and then hands you a chance to strengthen them.

I don’t share any of this to list accolades. I share it because I care deeply about young people having access to these skills now—not after twenty years of pressure, mistakes, and burnout.

Here’s what I learned the long way: every woman and man wants to feel confident, focused, and in control. But no one teaches the how. We’re expected to figure out calm, resilience, boundaries, and self-trust through trial and error—often after years of stress, comparison, and burnout.
