1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Apex Minds website and enrolling in the Summer Performance Lab, 1:1 coaching, or workshops (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Nature of Services (Coaching vs. Therapy)

Apex Minds provides performance coaching and neural architecture training.

  • Not Medical Advice: The content, tools, and sessions are for educational and performance-enhancement purposes only.

  • Not Clinical Therapy: Our services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical diagnosis, or psychiatric treatment.

  • Responsibility: You acknowledge that Apex Minds does not "treat" clinical anxiety, depression, or medical conditions.

3. Physical Activity & Safety

Our "High-Sensory" training includes breathwork, movement, and visual stressors (e.g., strobe training).

  • Health Clearance: You represent that you (or your child) are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent full participation.

  • Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical and sensory drills. Apex Minds is not liable for any physical or psychological injury resulting from participation.

4. Payment and Refunds

  • Registration: Full payment is required to secure a spot in the Summer Performance Lab or private sessions.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the limited capacity and digital nature of our proprietary materials, all sales for the Summer Performance Lab are final.

  • 1:1 Coaching: 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Failure to provide notice results in a forfeited session.

5. Intellectual Property

All "Neural Architecture" protocols, sensory drill frameworks, and digital dossiers provided during the program are the exclusive intellectual property of Apex Minds.

  • Usage: These materials are for personal use only. You may not record sessions, redistribute PDFs, or "teach" the proprietary Apex methods to third parties without written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

Apex Minds is a high-performance environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a group session or workshop, without a refund, if their behavior is disruptive, disrespectful, or compromises the safety of the "Performance Lab."

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Minds and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site or participation in the programs.
